Color:  MUST SPECIFY ALL COLORS ON DRESS (ie: ribbon, lace, sash, belt, flower, trim, top, skirt, thread etc.)  And if dress is all one color say ‘solid’ before the color.  Some examples are:  solid black, solid ivory, pink / black lace, cornflower / pink ribbon, black / white belt, white top / green skirt, solid white, white / silver,  ivory / gold, navy / navy flowers.  

If  dress is all one color such as navy, say ‘solid navy’.  If wedding gown is all one color such as white, say ‘solid white’.  If dress comes with flowers or embroidery, say ‘navy dress /navy flowers’ or navy dress/navy embroidery’; you may think it only comes solid, when usually there are other options. And if the dress is a ‘print’ pattern, be sure to say “print”.  Use Special Instructions Box  (#14 below)  if necessary to spell out exactly all colors you want.

Color Viewing: We cannot guarantee color will ever match a computer image; gowns can photograph differently and will look different from one computer monitor to another.

Sizes: (put XL after size to indicate that extra length is needed)   *Important: See  #15 and #16 below for "How To Choose Size" information.   Length: Several designers offer dresses in different lengths – one particular style might be available in either knee length or floor-length.  Please indicate clearly which length you are ordering. 15. *Choosing a Size:   At our web site, www.netbride.com, you will find all of the factory size charts, important information on how to measure, and additional costs for extra size and extra length.  Remember, factory measurements are approximate.  Be sure you use the factory size chart to aid you (do not go by your normal dress size, although it may be a consideration).  Gowns are not custom-made; therefore you need to order to fit the largest part of the body and take it in where it's too large.  If a dress is too small it could be a real problem; if it is too large a seamstress can usually alter it to fit.  Sizes usually can not be changed once the order has been placed. Sizing is not an exact science and alterations by an experienced seamstress will almost always be necessary for a proper fit.   
16. **Extra Length/Plus Sizes:  Most factories suggest that you should consider ordering extra length if you are 5'8" or taller with shoes on.  Extra length is usually an additional 5" of fabric added to the dress,  and you will need to hem the dress to length desired in almost every case.  Remember - if not sure, it's better to have too much length and be able to shorten than to have a dress that's too short and can't be let out.   See the factory 's size chart on our web site for more specific information: www.netbride.com

17.  Shipping Charges:  Should any of the shipping addresses you give us be incorrect, FedEx will charge additional fees to redirect the package.  In such case, you will owe an amount up to $15 for re-shipping; if you have a credit card on file it will be charged.  Should you move and fail to notify us of your new shipping address before we ship the order, FedEx will charge additional fees to redirect the package.  In such case, you will owe an amount up to $15 for re-shipping; if you have a credit card on file it will be charged.   
18. Our gowns are special ordered and made up special for our customers. Place your order carefully as an order can not be canceled or changed once it is processed, or returned or exchanged once received as ordered.
